Jason Johnson was born and raised in Georgia, he graduated with high honors from Kennesaw State University, earning his bachelor’s degree in political science. He received his juris doctorate from Mercer University School of Law in 2006. Jason has focused his practice on criminal defense, and all aspects of family law including divorce, alimony, child custody, and property division.
Jason fights hard for each and every client to protect their rights to the greatest extent possible in the most difficult of times. In addition, Jason represents clients regarding civil litigation matters, administrative matters, juvenile justice, and disability law.
Jason is admitted to practice in all Georgia state courts, and in the Georgia court of appeals. He is a member of the state bar of Georgia and the Cartersville-Bartow bar association.
Outside of work, Jason is a member of the “pumphouse player” where he enjoys performing in community theater. Jason always maintains time to spend with family and friends.
